The Institute of Education, Heritage and Tourism (IETT), represented by its Director, Ms. Anisa Hykaj, participated in the International Scientific Symposium organized by the Balkan Studies Foundation, held in Skopje, North Macedonia, from 12–14 June 2026.
As part of the symposium’s academic program, Ms. Hykaj presented her research paper entitled Islam, National Identity and Cultural Memory in the Univers Journal (2001–2018), which examines the representation of cultural heritage, historical memory, and identity-related themes in the publications of the journal Univers.
IETT’s participation in this international scientific event reflects the Institute’s commitment to advancing research in the fields of education, cultural heritage, and tourism, while fostering international academic cooperation and contributing to scholarly discussions on issues of regional significance.
