In the framework of the International Museum Day the Institute of Education, Heritage and Tourism (IETT) organized a cultural and educational tour led by Dr. Ols Lafe.
The tour introduced Albanian and foreign students to some of Tirana’s most important historical and cultural landmarks, including the Museum of the Bank of Albania, the Puppet Theatre, the First Albanian Parliament, the Pedestrian Area, the traces of the city’s earliest foundations, the Medieval Castle of Tirana, the Clock Tower, and the Et’hem Bey Mosque.
Students also visited the Tomb of Kapllan Pasha and explored the influence of Italian architecture on the city’s urban identity and historical development. Through this initiative, IETT aimed to promote cultural heritage awareness, historical education, and appreciation for the rich architectural legacy of Tirana.
