On May 5, 2022, the 18th edition of the Tourism and Sports Fair officially opened at the Youth Palace in Pristina.
This fair is a promotional event that showcases a variety of tourist destinations, agencies and businesses, as well as other institutions from the country, the region, and beyond, in the tourism and sports sectors.
On this occasion, a delegation from the Institute, represented by the IETT Coordinator, Ms. Anisa Hykaj, visited several stands at the fair, including “Visit Peja” from the municipality of Peja, “Struga” from the municipality of Struga, and the Montenegro stand, where she was welcomed by representatives from the cities of Ulcinj, Bar, and others.
During these visits, discussions were held about the possibilities of cooperation in all the fields in which IETT operates and which are of mutual interest, aiming to promote the touristic, traditional, historical, and cultural values of our countries.
IETT values the Tourism and Sports Fair as an excellent opportunity to establish contacts with representatives from the tourism and sports industries in the Balkans, fostering collaborations and projects for all parties with the goal of promoting the touristic and cultural assets of the region.
